With the rapid changes in Egypt’s pharmaceutical industry, practical experience and direct exposure to the work environment have become essential in shaping pharmacy students’ career paths and making more informed professional decisions.
In line with this vision, the Faculty of Pharmacy at Alsalam University announces the organization of Pharma Tracks Career Pathways 2026, a platform that bridges academic learning with real industry experience through direct interaction with leading pharmaceutical companies and pharmacists’ syndicate representatives across Egypt, in one of the most impactful career-focused events on campus.
The event is held under the patronage of:
Prof. Dr Abdel Fattah Sadakah – University President–,
Prof. Dr Mokhtar Mabrouk – Vice President of the University and Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy.
What this event offers you:

أول خطوة حقيقية نحو مسارك الوظيفي في المجال الصيدلي.
في ظل التحولات السريعة داخل قطاع الصناعات الدوائية في مصر، أصبحت الخبرة العملية والتواصل المباشر مع بيئة العمل عنصرًا أساسيًا في تشكيل مستقبل طلاب الصيدلة وبناء مساراتهم المهنية بشكل أكثر وعيًا وواقعية.
وانطلاقًا من هذا التوجه، تعلن كلية الصيدلة بـ جامعة السلام عن تنظيم الملتقى التوظيفي السنوي Pharma Tracks Career Pathways 2026، كمنصة تربط بين التعليم الأكاديمي وواقع الصناعة، من خلال لقاء نخبة من قيادات شركات الأدوية ونقباء الصيادلة على مستوى الجمهورية، في واحدة من أقوى اللقاءات المهنية داخل الحرم الجامعي.
وتُقام فعاليات الملتقى تحت رعاية:
الأستاذ الدكتور/ عبدالفتاح صدقة – رئيس الجامعة -،
الأستاذ الدكتور/ مختار مبروك – نائب رئيس الجامعة وعميد كلية الصيدلة.
ماذا يضيف لك هذا الملتقى؟
– فهم واقعي لسوق العمل الدوائي في مصر والتعرف على طبيعة التخصصات داخل شركات الأدوية
– التعرف على متطلبات التوظيف الحالية والمهارات الأكثر طلباً في سوق العمل.
– اكتشاف أسس تقييم الخريجين وحديثي التخرج داخل الشركات وكيفية الاستعداد للمقابلات.
