The seminar was founded on a forward-looking vision: that the future of healthcare extends beyond clinical proficiency to include the intelligent use of AI-driven tools in nursing practice. Discussions emphasized how artificial intelligence can enhance clinical decision-making, improve the management of critical and emergency cases, and ultimately elevate patient safety and quality of care to the highest standards.

The session featured insightful lectures by Prof. Dr. Gehan Abdelhakim, Head of the Critical Care and Emergency Nursing Department, Faculty of Nursing, Tanta University, and Dr. Aya Essam, Lecturer of Emergency Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Tanta University. Drawing on both academic expertise and real-world clinical experience, the speakers explored how smart technologies are transforming intensive care units and emergency departments, reshaping the way healthcare professionals respond to high-risk situations.

The seminar was attended by Prof. Dr. Mostafa El-Mahlawy, Dean of the Faculty of Basic Sciences, along with faculty members, teaching assistants, and nursing students—reflecting a strong spirit of interdisciplinary collaboration and a shared dedication to advancing knowledge across fields.

في إطار حرص جامعة السلام على مواكبة التطورات العلمية المتسارعة ودمج التكنولوجيا الحديثة في التخصصات الصحية، نظّمت كلية التمريض ندوة علمية متميزة بعنوان «تمريض الحالات الحرجة والذكاء الاصطناعي»، وذلك تحت إشراف الأستاذ الدكتور/ عبدالفتاح صدقة –رئيس الجامعة– والأستاذة الدكتورة/ مهجة الرفاعي –عميدة كلية التمريض–.

جاءت الندوة إيمانًا بأن مستقبل الرعاية الصحية لا يعتمد فقط على المهارة الإكلينيكية، بل يمتد ليشمل توظيف أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في دعم القرار التمريضي، ورفع كفاءة التعامل مع الحالات الحرجة والطوارئ، بما يحقق أعلى معايير الأمان والجودة للمرضى.

وقد حاضر في الندوة كلٌّ من:

الأستاذة الدكتورة جيهان عبدالحكيم – رئيس قسم تمريض الحالات الحرجة والطوارئ بكلية التمريض – جامعة طنطا،

والدكتورة آية عصام – مدرس الطوارئ بكلية الطب – جامعة طنطا،

حيث قدّمتا طرحًا علميًا متعمقًا جمع بين الخبرة الأكاديمية والتطبيقات العملية، موضحين كيف يمكن للتقنيات الذكية أن تُحدث فارقًا حقيقيًا في بيئات العناية المركزة وأقسام الطوارئ.

وشهدت الندوة حضور الأستاذ الدكتور مصطفى المحلاوي – عميد كلية العلوم الأساسية، إلى جانب أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة وطلاب كلية التمريض، في مشهد يعكس روح التكامل الأكاديمي وحرص الجامعة على بناء جسور المعرفة بين التخصصات المختلفة.
