As part of its commitment to promoting awareness of strategic planning and institutional development, the Faculty of Nursing at Alsalam University organized a scientific seminar on the fundamentals of SWOT analysis, delivered by Prof. Dr Eman Seif. The session introduced the concept of the SWOT framework and its practical applications, highlighting its role in helping institutions assess their capabilities, set priorities, and develop more effective strategies to achieve their goals.

The seminar also explored how to leverage strengths, address weaknesses, identify opportunities, and manage potential threats. This approach supports building clearer strategic visions and enhances the ability to adapt to ongoing changes.

في إطار حرص كلية التمريض على تعزيز الوعي بمفاهيم التخطيط والتطوير المؤسسي، نظّمت الكلية ندوة علمية حول أسس تحليل SWOT، قدّمتها أ.د/ إيمان سيف، حيث تناولت مفهوم التحليل الرباعي وتطبيقاته العملية ودوره في دعم المؤسسات على تقييم إمكاناتها وتحديد أولوياتها ووضع استراتيجيات تسهم في تحقيق أهدافها بكفاءة.

وشهدت الندوة استعراض آليات توظيف نقاط القوة ومعالجة نقاط الضعف، إلى جانب استكشاف الفرص المتاحة والتعامل مع التحديات والتهديدات المحتملة، بما يدعم بناء رؤى استراتيجية أكثر وضوحًا وقدرة على مواكبة مختلف المتغيرات.
