فعاليات ورشة عمل بكلية العلاج الطبيعي بعنوان: “Interprofessional Education”
Effective communication among healthcare team members is a key factor in ensuring high-quality patient care and safety. In this context, the Faculty of Physical Therapy at Alsalam University organized a workshop titled “Interprofessional Education” as part of its ongoing efforts to develop the academic system and strengthen the principles of integrated health education.
The workshop was attended by the Dean, the Vice Dean, faculty members, and teaching assistants, reflecting the faculty’s commitment to promoting a culture of professional collaboration and interdisciplinary integration within both academic and clinical settings.
The workshop also highlighted the concept of interprofessional education and its role in preparing competent healthcare professionals capable of working effectively within multidisciplinary teams, ultimately enhancing the quality of healthcare services and advancing modern approaches to education and training in line with global healthcare standards.
التواصل الفعّال بين أعضاء الفريق الطبي يُعد عنصرًا أساسيًا لتحقيق جودة الرعاية الصحية وسلامة المريض.
وفي هذا الإطار نظّمت كلية العلاج الطبيعي ورشة عمل بعنوان:
“Interprofessional Education” وذلك تماشيًا مع جهودها لتطوير المنظومة الأكاديمية وتعزيز مفاهيم التعليم الصحي التكاملي.
بحضور عميد الكلية ووكيلها وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة، بما يعكس حرص الكلية على ترسيخ ثقافة التعاون المهني والتكامل بين التخصصات الصحية داخل البيئة الأكاديمية والممارسة الإكلينيكية.
كما تناولت الورشة مفهوم الـ interprofessional education ودوره في إعداد كوادر صحية قادرة على العمل بكفاءة ضمن فرق طبية متعددة التخصصات، بما يسهم في رفع جودة الرعاية الصحية، وتطوير أساليب التعليم والتدريب وفق أحدث الاتجاهات العالمية في القطاع الصحي.
