تحت رعاية وحضور السيد الأستاذ الدكتور/ عبد الفتاح صدقة – رئيس الجامعة –، والسيد الأستاذ الدكتور/ شريف أبو السعادات – عميد كلية الفنون التطبيقية –، انعقد اليوم الأربعاء الموافق 24 سبتمبر 2025 أول مجلس لكلية الفنون التطبيقية بجامعة السلام.

شهد المجلس مناقشات موسعة حول آليات سير العملية التعليمية داخل الكلية وضمان انتظامها بما يحقق أعلى مستويات الجودة. وتم التأكيد على أهمية توفير بيئة تعليمية متكاملة تدعم الطلاب أكاديميًا ومهنيًا، وتساعدهم على تنمية قدراتهم الإبداعية والفكرية بما يتماشى مع أهداف ورسالة الكلية.

كما تناولت الجلسة الجهود المبذولة لتطوير البرامج الدراسية بما يواكب أحدث التوجهات العالمية في مجالات الفنون التطبيقية، مع الحرص على ربط الجانب النظري بالتطبيق العملي، بما يتيح للطلاب اكتساب خبرات عملية تؤهلهم للمنافسة في سوق العمل.

كما تم تسليط الضوء على ضرورة دعم أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة، وتفعيل أدوارهم في إثراء العملية التعليمية من خلال البحث العلمي، وتبني أساليب التدريس الحديثة، وتوظيف التقنيات التعليمية التي تواكب التطور العالمي.

وأكد المجلس في ختام أعماله أن كلية الفنون التطبيقية جامعة السلام تسعى إلى أن تكون منصة رائدة للإبداع والمعرفة، بهدف إعداد أجيال قادرة على الإسهام الفعّال في خدمة المجتمع.

The First Faculty Council of Applied Arts at Alsalam University

Under the patronage and presence of Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Sadakah -President of the University-, and Prof. Dr. Sherif Abo El Saadat, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts-, the Faculty held its first Council meeting on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.

The meeting included in-depth discussions on the mechanisms that ensure the smooth running of the educational process within the Faculty, with an emphasis on maintaining the highest standards of academic quality. The Council stressed the importance of fostering a comprehensive learning environment that supports students both academically and professionally, while also nurturing their creative and intellectual abilities in line with the Faculty’s mission.

Attention was also given to ongoing efforts to enhance academic programs in accordance with global developments in applied arts. The discussions highlighted the need to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical application, enabling students to acquire hands-on experience that prepares them to compete confidently in the job market.

The Council further underscored the role of faculty members and academic staff in enriching the learning process through research, the adoption of innovative teaching methods, and the effective use of modern educational technologies that align with international standards.

In its closing remarks, the Council affirmed the Faculty of Applied Arts’ commitment to becoming a leading platform for creativity and knowledge, dedicated to preparing generations capable of making meaningful contributions to society.
