مهام الوظيفة
- متابعة أداء أنظمة المباني مثل التكييف، الإضاءة، المياه، وتشغيل الاجهزة الالكترونية
- مسئول عن تشغيل القاعات والمعامل فيما يتعلق بأجهزة البروجيكتور والحاسب الآلى
- سرعة التعامل او الابلاغ مع أي أعطال أو مشاكل طارئة في المباني والعمل على حلها بأسرع وقت ممكن
- متابعة الجداول الزمنية لصيانة المباني والمرافق
- تنفيذ العمليات اليومية الخاصة بتشغيل المرافق وضمان عملها بأعلى كفاءة
- التأكد من تنفيذ الصيانات اللازمة لجميع المرافق الجامعية بما في ذلك القاعات الدراسية و الادارية
- متابعة تطبيق معايير السلامة والصحة المهنية في جميع المرافق
- إعداد تقارير دورية حول حالة المباني والمرافق، بما في ذلك أعمال الصيانة المنفذة والأعطال
- تقديم اقتراحات لتحسين تشغيل المباني وتسهيل العمليات

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a respectable university.
- A valid Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM) is a plus.
Job Description
- Respond to all maintenance requests within the appropriate timeframe.
- Check the building, equipment or device conditions and report it.
- Delivered the junk or unfixed equipment or devices to the store.
- Create a maintenance plan and budget.
- Identify the maintenance cycle for all university equipment and devices.
- Record buildings, devices and equipment’s status.

Needed Competency

Mandatory Training
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in university or hotels.

- Experience in (dental and physical therapy devices).
