Job Requirements

Job Description
- Mining opportunities for savings, cost avoidance, process improvement & complexity reduction.
- Manage the procurement team.
- Explore the market for new suppliers to build a more solid supply base and to work on analyzing the commodity procured based on market information benchmarking exercises.
- Develop, lead, and execute procurement strategies.
- Negotiate the terms of supplier contracts and determine the service level agreements with the suppliers.
- Manage the price review process to make sure that the company is getting the best price & value.
- Manage the relationship with suppliers and key stakeholders within the business, including the resolution of major supplier issues.
- Manage the procurement activity with the company for Direct and Indirect purchases.
- Prepare the Annual purchase plan.
- Full vendor management includes the payment terms and contractual agreement.

Job Description
- Understand the importance of key meetings.

Executive Secretary
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA is highly preferable.
- The previous university experience is preferred.

Job Description
- Assists in preparing the executive’s agenda for committees, makes recommendations concerning the content of the agenda to ensure continuity and efficiency at the meetings and ensures that documentation is available and distributed for each meeting.
- Following the executive’s meeting drafts the minutes and follows up on outstanding items at board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes (University Council – Faculty Council…. and other meetings).
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Make travel arrangements.
- Contributes to managing unit information by serving as the SharePoint site administrator.
