children and to equip their families with essential information for delivering effective
healthcare across various training settings.

The mission of the Department of Pediatric Nursing is to maintain evidence-based nursing
practices supported by advanced scientific research, enabling graduates to provide
comprehensive, high-quality care through family involvement in the child’s treatment from
hospital admission to discharge. The department also aims to improve children’s health
through appropriate nursing interventions and health education both inside and outside
the hospital, as well as to develop students’ leadership and professional communication
skills through services and collaboration with relevant professional organizations
