Developing a comprehensive vision for preparing students in the fields of advertising and animation, directing the process of advertising and media design within graphic design and visual communication as both functional and aesthetic practices, while advancing scientific and technical concepts and tasks in this field.
Mission
Preparing and qualifying specialized cadres in design studies, applied arts, visual and plastic arts, and graphic sciences, in addition to projects, artistic works, and creative and innovative productions; along with studying the principles and foundations of professional practice and professional ethics, in order to reinforce attitudes connected to professional life.
Objectives
The program aims to realize the civilizational significance of this specialization through the following:
1. Directing academic preparation toward fostering creativity, which is inherent to production and a fundamental condition of civilization as well as a prerequisite for the future.
2. Qualifying creative cadres specialized in advertising design and animation, equipped with artistic and technical skills that keep pace with developments in media and visual marketing.
3. Developing students’ innovative capacities in graphic design and animation through practical training on both digital and manual production tools and techniques.
4. Preparing professional designers capable of producing visually engaging and influential content that effectively communicates with audiences within integrated marketing campaigns.
5. Enhancing theoretical and applied knowledge in the fields of visual communication, storytelling, image analysis, and interaction with advertising messages.
6. Supporting local creative production that reflects cultural identity and contributes to the development of the advertising and animation industries at regional and international levels.
7. Encouraging students to engage in research and development in the fields of animation and advertising production, contributing to innovation and the advancement of presentation and production methods.
