Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute the monthly marketing plan.
  • Create content and issue work orders to implement the monthly marketing plan
  • Receive work orders from vendors and prepare interim/final acceptance reports for completed tasks.
  • Receive requests for initiating marketing activities from university departments and ensure all approvals are completed.
  • Execute and publish approved marketing activity requests / event video coverage on the required platforms after department manager approval.
  • Receive lists of students’ names and phone numbers from the Student Affairs Department and forward them to the Call Center Supervisor.
  • Execute social media publishing requests related to direct assignments from the Board of Trustees.
  • Schedule posts, prepare paid advertisements, and obtain approval from the department head.
  • Transfer customer leads immediately to the call center team.
  • Prepare competitor pricing reports, analyze marketing performance, and present findings to the department head.
  • Represent the university at educational fairs or introductory events as assigned by the department manager.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in using social media platforms (Business Suite, Ads Manager).
  • Strong copywriting skills with a professional and engaging style.
  • Basic knowledge of design software or mobile apps for quick content creation.
  • Ability to prepare digital reports and analyze competitors data

Years of Experience:

  • From 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing or content management.
