Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as Professional Certified Marketer are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Present the advertising budget (Ads Spend) compared to the previous year.
  • Follow up on the execution and maintenance of outdoor advertisements in line with the annual marketing plan.
  • Review the monthly marketing plan, record actual expenses, and compare them with the planned budget.
  • Review and approve content ideas submitted by the marketing specialist for the monthly plan.
  • Send work orders to vendors after obtaining approval from the department manager.
  • Review requests for initiating marketing activities / event video coverage to reach the final format for publishing, then resend them to the requester for approval.
  • Review publishing requests related to direct assignments from the Board of Trustees and present them to the department manager.
  • Review paid advertisements, oversee budget allocation according to the approved plan, and analyze performance to achieve the best return on investment (ROI).
  • Review competitor pricing reports, analyze marketing performance, add recommendations, and present them to the department manager.
  • Improve user experience (UX), search engine optimization (SEO), keywords, and all social media channels.
  • Research educational fairs and introductory events and submit recommendations to the department manager.
  • Share any updates or decisions related to the application period or tuition fees with the marketing specialist.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in financial analysis of marketing budgets (Ads Spend Analysis).
  • In-depth knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager).
  • Comprehensive understanding of SEO, UX techniques, and modern social media trends.
  • Ability to prepare periodic technical and financial reports.

Years of Experience:

  • From 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
