Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
- Must be a resident of Tanta or nearby areas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise all personnel department activities and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employees’ files and records regularly.
- Manage attendance, leaves, and disciplinary actions.
- Enforce company policies and review violations in line with procedures.
- Liaise with governmental authorities (Social Insurance, Labor Office, etc.) and follow up on official documentation.
- Prepare periodic reports and submit them to senior management.
- Lead and develop the personnel team to enhance performance.
Years of Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personnel, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
