Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and social insurance regulations. 
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills. 
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office. 
  • Must be a resident of Tanta or nearby areas. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all personnel department activities and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. 
  • Maintain and update employees’ files and records regularly.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and disciplinary actions. 
  • Enforce company policies and review violations in line with procedures. 
  • Liaise with governmental authorities (Social Insurance, Labor Office, etc.) and follow up on official documentation. 
  • Prepare periodic reports and submit them to senior management. 
  • Lead and develop the personnel team to enhance performance. 

Years of Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in personnel, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
