Held under the patronage of Prof. Dr Mohamed Sakr – Chairman of the Board of Trustees – and Prof. Dr Tarek Mohamady – Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees-. Prof. Dr Abdel Fattah Sadakah, university president, and Prof. Dr Mokhtar Mabrouk, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Vice President of the University, the forum brought together university leaders, faculty deans, and representatives from major pharmaceutical companies and healthcare institutions, with strong student participation, including the active involvement of members of the Scientific Association at the Faculty of Pharmacy.

Opening remarks were followed by the inauguration of the accompanying pharmaceutical exhibition by Prof. Dr Tarek Mohamady and Prof. Dr Mokhtar Mabrouk. The exhibition featured a wide range of leading companies, including EIPICO, Utopia, Inova, Prevacure, Mervieh, Medinza, Brave, Apex, and Rameda, highlighting the depth of collaboration with the pharmaceutical sector.

Serving as a comprehensive professional platform, the forum connected students directly with industry representatives, offering insights into diverse career pathways in pharmacy and the requirements of each field while encouraging direct dialogue and experience sharing.

A series of scientific lectures and panel discussions enriched the program, delivered by distinguished experts such as Dr Hany Donia, President of the Pharmacists Syndicate in Gharbia; Dr Mohamed Fahmy, President of the Pharmacists Syndicate in Kafr El-Sheikh; and Dr Assem El-Aqbawi, Commercial Director at EIPICO. The discussions explored key topics including pharmaceutical industry careers, clinical pharmacy, therapeutic nutrition, and the pharmacist’s role in military healthcare systems.

In addition, preliminary internship opportunities were announced, with several companies expressing their willingness to host and train students, reflecting strong confidence in the capabilities of Alsalam University students and their competitiveness in the job market.

The forum concluded with the recognition of top-achieving students, followed by an interactive networking session between students and company representatives. The experience further reinforced Alsalam University’s commitment to delivering an education that bridges academic knowledge with real market needs, preparing graduates for impactful professional journeys.

في مشهد يعكس التزام جامعة السلام بتمكين طلابها وتعزيز جاهزيتهم لسوق العمل من خلال إتاحة الفرص التدريبية والمهنية،

نظّمت كلية الصيدلة جامعة السلام الملتقى التوظيفي السنوي الثالث Pharma Tracks Career Pathways 2026 بمشاركة كبرى شركات الدواء.

جاءت الفعاليات تحت رعاية الأستاذ الدكتور/ محمد صقر، رئيس مجلس الأمناء، والأستاذ الدكتور/ طارق محمدي، نائب رئيس مجلس الأمناء، والأستاذ الدكتور/ عبدالفتاح صدقة، رئيس الجامعة، والأستاذ الدكتور/ مختار مبروك، عميد كلية الصيدلة ونائب رئيس الجامعة، وبحضور قيادات الجامعة وعدد من عمداء الكليات وممثلي كبرى شركات الدواء ومؤسسات الرعاية الطبية، إلى جانب مشاركة طلابية واسعة، وبمشاركة فعّالة من طلاب أسرة الجمعية العلمية بكلية الصيدلة.

وافتتح الأستاذ الدكتور/ طارق محمدي، والأستاذ الدكتور/ مختار مبروك، معرض شركات الأدوية المصاحب للملتقى، والذي ضم مجموعة من الشركات الرائدة، منها: إيبيكو، يوتوبيا، إينوفا، بريفاكير، ميرفيه، ميدينزا، بريف، أبيكس، وراميدا، بما يعكس قوة الشراكات مع قطاع صناعة الدواء.

وجاء الملتقى كمنصة مهنية متكاملة جمعت بين الطلاب وممثلي الشركات، بهدف تعريفهم بالمسارات المختلفة داخل سوق العمل الصيدلي ومتطلبات كل مسار، مع إتاحة فرص للتواصل المباشر وتبادل الخبرات.

وتضمن الحدث عددًا من المحاضرات والجلسات المهنية بمشاركة نخبة من الخبراء، منهم الدكتور/ هاني دنيا، نقيب صيادلة الغربية، والدكتور/ محمد فهمي، نقيب صيادلة كفر الشيخ، والدكتور/ عاصم العقباوي، رئيس القطاع التجاري بشركة إيبيكو، حيث تناولت الجلسات مجالات العمل بشركات الدواء، والصيدلة الإكلينيكية، والتغذية العلاجية، ودور الصيدلي في المجال الطبي العسكري.

كما شهد الملتقى طرح عدد من الفرص التدريبية المبدئية، مع إبداء بعض الشركات استعدادها لاستقبال وتدريب طلاب الكلية، في تأكيد على ثقتها في مستوى طلاب جامعة السلام وقدرتهم على المنافسة.

واختُتمت الفعاليات بتكريم الطلاب الأوائل، إلى جانب جلسة تواصل مباشرة مع ممثلي الشركات، في تجربة تعكس التزام جامعة السلام بتقديم تعليم يربط بين الدراسة الأكاديمية ومتطلبات سوق العمل، ويدعم انطلاق الطلاب نحو مستقبل مهني واعد.
