“The Activities of the Lecture on Effective Presentation Skills, Communication, and Academic Capacity Building for Assistant Faculty Members”

Under the Supervision of: Professor Dr. Ahmed Ibrahim El-Erian – Dean of the Faculty and Professor of Physical Therapy at Alsalam University Dr. Rania Hakim – Lecturer of Physical Therapy at the Faculty

The lecture covered several important themes, including:

-Fundamentals of effective presentation within classrooms and academic meetings.

-How to build a clear and influential communication message with students and colleagues.

-The importance of body language and tone of voice in achieving effective interaction.

-Utilizing modern technological means to support the presentation and teaching process.

The lecture came within the framework of the Faculty’s continuous plan to qualify young academic staff and enable them to master the essential skills that ensure the quality of educational performance and effective communication within the university environment.

في إطار حرص كلية العلاج الطبيعي جامعة السلام على دعم التطوير المهني والإرتقاء بالكفاءات الأكاديمية، نظّمت الكلية محاضرة تدريبية متميزة بعنوان:

“فعاليات محاضرة مهارات العرض الفعّال والتواصل وتطوير القدرات الأكاديمية لأعضاء الهيئة المعاونة “.

تحت إشراف :

الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد إبراهيم العريان – عميد الكلية وأستاذ العلاج الطبيعي بجامعة السلام-،

والدكتورة رانيا حكيم – مدرس العلاج الطبيعي بالكلية-.

حيث تناولت المحاضرة عدداً من المحاور الهامة، من بينها:

-أسس العرض الفعّال داخل القاعات الدراسية والاجتماعات الأكاديمية.

-كيفية بناء رسالة تواصل واضحة ومؤثرة مع الطلاب والزملاء.

-أهمية لغة الجسد ونبرة الصوت في تحقيق تفاعل فعّال.

-استخدام الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة في دعم عملية العرض والتدريس.

وجاءت المحاضرة في إطار خطة الكلية المستمرة لتأهيل الكوادر الأكاديمية الشابة وتمكينهم من امتلاك المهارات الأساسية التي تضمن جودة الأداء التعليمي والتواصل الفعّال داخل البيئة الجامعية.
