Flashback to Alsalam University’s participation in the International Students’ Iftar, attended by H.E. the minister of higher education. 🌙
In line with its commitment to fostering inclusion, cultural exchange, and student integration, Alsalam University, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Sadakah, president of the university, took part in the annual Iftar for international students, providing its students with a valuable opportunity to connect and gain new experiences.
The event brought together H.E. Dr. Abdelaziz Konsowa, minister of higher education, alongside ministry officials, university presidents, ambassadors, and cultural attachés, in a warm Ramadan setting that reflected the strength of Egypt’s academic and cultural ties with countries around the world.
In his speech, the minister highlighted the state’s commitment to developing higher education and preparing graduates equipped to compete in the global job market, while facilitating the enrolment of international students through the “Study in Egypt” platform to ensure a comprehensive educational experience. He also emphasised the importance of international students as ambassadors of their countries and the role of Egyptian universities in providing a rich academic environment, supported by modern programmes and international partnerships.
The event concluded with friendly interactions and commemorative photos with the students, reflecting the university’s dedication to their experience and to strengthening cultural and academic exchange.

تعزيزًا لقيم الاندماج والتعايش وتبادل الثقافات بين الطلاب، شاركت جامعة السلام تحت إشراف الأستاذ الدكتور/ عبدالفتاح صدقة – رئيس الجامعة – في حفل الإفطار السنوي للطلاب الوافدين، مما منح الطلاب فرصة للتواصل وبناء خبرات جديدة.
شهدت الفعالية حضور معالي الدكتور عبدالعزيز قنصوة، وزير التعليم العالي، وعدد من قيادات الوزارة، ورؤساء الجامعات، والسفراء، والمستشارين الثقافيين، في أجواء رمضانية دافئة، تعكس قوة الروابط الأكاديمية والثقافية لمصر مع مختلف دول العالم.
وأكد الوزير خلال الفعاليات حرص الدولة على تطوير التعليم العالي وإعداد خريجين مؤهلين لسوق العمل، مع تسهيل التحاق الطلاب الوافدين عبر منصة “ادرس في مصر”، وتوفير تجربة تعليمية متكاملة. وشدد على أهمية الطلاب الوافدين كسفراء لبلادهم، ودور الجامعات المصرية في تقديم بيئة تعليمية غنية وبرامج أكاديمية حديثة مدعومة بشراكات دولية.
واختُتمت الفعالية بلقاءات ودية وصور تذكارية مع الطلاب، في مشهد يعكس الاهتمام بتجربتهم داخل الجامعات المصرية.
