Alsalam University took part in the “Student Leadership Activation Conference” organized by the University Sports Federation at Al-Qurash Camp in Ismailia, The event brought together 150 students from universities across Egypt.

The university’s delegation made a strong presence, contributing actively to workshops, sports competitions, and dialogue sessions. Their participation reflected initiative, teamwork, and a positive spirit throughout the event.

This involvement highlights Alsalam University’s dedication to empowering its students, building their leadership and collaborative skills, and preparing them to represent both the university and the wider community with distinction.

The conference was designed to foster a new generation of student leaders who are well-prepared to guide campus activities. It also aimed to instill core values, encourage a sense of belonging and cooperation, and strengthen connections among students from different universities. In addition, it showcased programs and initiatives led by the Ministry of Youth and Sports in partnership with the University Sports Federation.

شاركت جامعة السلام في فعاليات مؤتمر “تفعيل القيادات الطلابية” والذي نظمه الاتحاد الرياضي للجامعات بمعسكر القرش بمحافظة الإسماعيلية، وذلك بمشاركة 150 طالبًا وطالبةً من مختلف الجامعات المصرية.

ومثّل جامعة السلام وفد طلابي متميز شارك بفاعلية في ورش العمل، والأنشطة الرياضية، والجلسات الحوارية التي أُقيمت على هامش المؤتمر، حيث أظهر الطلاب روح المبادرة والتفاعل الإيجابي.

تأتي هذه المشاركة في إطار حرص جامعة السلام على تنمية قدرات طلابها، وصقل مهاراتهم في مجالات القيادة والعمل الجماعي، بما يساهم في إعداد كوادر شبابية قادرة على تمثيل الجامعة والمجتمع بصورة مشرفة، والمشاركة الفعالة في دعم الأنشطة الجامعية.

ويهدف المؤتمر إلى إعداد جيل من القيادات الطلابية الواعية والمؤهلة لقيادة الأنشطة في الجامعات، وغرس القيم والمبادئ في نفوس الطلاب، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز روح التعاون والانتماء، وبناء جسور التواصل بين طلاب الجامعات المختلفة، إلى جانب التعريف بالبرامج والأنشطة التي تنفذها وزارة الشباب والرياضة بالتعاون مع الاتحاد الرياضي للجامعات.
