Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in office management and personal assistance at university is a plus.
- Tanta resident is a must.
Job Description
- Understand the importance of key meetings.
- Organize internal and external visits, meetings and speaking engagements and coordinate briefing and material.
- Arrange travel and accommodation.
- Prepare letters, reports and other documents.
- Screen incoming telephone calls; direct them appropriately.
- Review incoming correspondence, distribute and respond accordingly and follow up where necessary.
- Prepare documentation such as agendas and figures for meetings and presentations.
- Ensure accurate briefing notes or papers for meetings.
- Create and maintain filling systems.
- Ensure stationery supplies are maintained.
- Attend meetings in place of the Chairman if necessary.
- Meeting deadlines and responding to add-hocks where necessary.
Needed Competency
- Very presentable and excellent outfit.
- Very patient and can deal with stress.
- Excellent computer and typing skills.
- Very good command of English.
- Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High multi-tasking skills.
- Pro-active and energetic attitude.
- Planning and prioritizing skills.
