Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in office management and personal assistance at university is a plus.
  • Tanta resident is a must.

Job Description

  • Understand the importance of key meetings.
  • Organize internal and external visits, meetings and speaking engagements and coordinate briefing and material.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation.
  • Prepare letters, reports and other documents.
  • Screen incoming telephone calls; direct them appropriately.
  • Review incoming correspondence, distribute and respond accordingly and follow up where necessary.
  • Prepare documentation such as agendas and figures for meetings and presentations.
  • Ensure accurate briefing notes or papers for meetings.
  • Create and maintain filling systems.
  • Ensure stationery supplies are maintained.
  • Attend meetings in place of the Chairman if necessary.
  • Meeting deadlines and responding to add-hocks where necessary.

  • Very presentable and excellent outfit.
  • Very patient and can deal with stress.
  • Excellent computer and typing skills.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Planning and prioritizing skills.
