Job Description
- Supervising the staff and workers of the sector assigned to him and following up on the implementation of the work assigned to them.
- Following up with the building supervisors in preparing the buildings during the educational process, examinations, and events that take place inside the university buildings.
- Participating in providing the necessary labor for the whole university and distributing it to the university in the correct manner.
- Responsible for joint responsibility for Any damage to the building, except for the technical equipment.
- Compiling daily follow-up reports for the administration.
- Taking care that all employees in the administration maintain the appropriate appearance for the job and adhere to the seriousness commensurate with the work.
- Dealing with deans, deans, department heads, faculty members, and the supporting staff.
- Approving purchase requests. Solving the problems of workers in the sector.
- Conducting an annual and periodic inventory of the building’s contents of furniture and equipment.
- Following up on the implementation of occupational safety and health instructions. Carrying out the work of the administrative supervisor in his absence.
