Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA is highly preferable.
  • The previous university experience is preferred.
  • Degree in business administration or relative field

Job Description

  • Assists in preparing the executive’s agenda for committees, makes recommendations concerning the content of the agenda to ensure continuity and efficiency at the meetings and ensures that documentation is available and distributed for each meeting.
  • Following the executive’s meeting drafts the minutes and follows up on outstanding items at board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes (University Council – Faculty Council…. and other meetings).
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Contributes to managing unit information by serving as the SharePoint site administrator.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Determine matters of top priority and handle them accordingly.
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.

  • Excellent level of English Language.
  • Very Good Communication Skills and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and interact effectively with all levels and a good team player.
  • Integrity and confidentiality.
  • Creative thinking.
