Job Description

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to inquiries from students, parents, alumni, faculty, and staff.
  • Providing information about admissions requirements, application processes, academic programs, financial aid, scholarships, and campus resources.
  • Assisting with registration, enrollment, and course scheduling.
  • Resolving issues related to student accounts, billing, and payments.
  • Conducting outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, and event invitations.
  • Documenting all interactions accurately in the university’s CRM system.
  • Collaborating with other university departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of inquiries and concerns.

Needed Competency

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of university policies, procedures, and academic programs is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings.
