Job Description
- Answering incoming calls and responding to inquiries from students, parents, alumni, faculty, and staff.
- Providing information about admissions requirements, application processes, academic programs, financial aid, scholarships, and campus resources.
- Assisting with registration, enrollment, and course scheduling.
- Resolving issues related to student accounts, billing, and payments.
- Conducting outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, and event invitations.
- Documenting all interactions accurately in the university’s CRM system.
- Collaborating with other university departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of inquiries and concerns.
Needed Competency
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of university policies, procedures, and academic programs is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings.
