Job Description

  • Supervising the temperatures and laboratories for running lectures and sessions (projector, computer, sound equipment, lighting, ventilation).
  • Carrying out maintenance work in the building and reporting it to the engineering department, while organizing maintenance times, including those that do not conflict with the academic schedule, through the building’s periodic reports form.
  • Preparing electronic lecture reports for Mr. Secretary General of the University.
  • Review the condition of the study halls and reception committees (faculty accreditation and evaluation committees).
  • Supervising the offices of key faculty members and following up on their requirements, which helps organize the progress of educational operations.
  • Participation in an inventory, inspection, and receipt committee for laboratories, offices, and all places where there is custody.
  • Supervising the delivery of student lockers to students and coordinating student affairs.
  • Participate in organizing examination committees and providing all requirements for control work.
  • Visiting the building on a continuous basis to ensure that work is progressing inside the building and that there are no obstacles. If there are any, it will be reported to the competent authority and a daily report will be prepared and delivered to the department director.
  • Working on handing over and taking over the building with the security department daily.
  • Follow up on the implementation of occupational safety and health instructions.
  • Coordination with the Purchasing and Marketing Department in providing workers to purchase the university’s needs.
