The visit was held under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Sakr – Chairman of the Board of Trustees,

Prof. Dr. Tarek Mohamady – Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees,

Prof. Dr. Abdelfattah Sadakah – President of the University,

and Prof. Dr. Emad Etman – Member of the Board of Trustees.

The day began with an introductory lecture delivered by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Shehab – Dean of Student Affairs – who presented an overview of the university’s academic vision, its programs, student life, and research infrastructure. The session offered the delegation insight into the university’s mission, goals, and future plans.

The visit continued with a campus tour, during which the delegation explored Alsalam University’s state-of-the-art educational facilities and infrastructure, as well as a glimpse into hands-on training opportunities.

Highlights included:

-A practical training session at the Digital Lab of the Faculty of Dentistry, led by Prof. Dr. Hasnaa Fouad -Dean of the Faculty- and Prof. Dr. Hesham Borg -Vice Dean of the Faculty-. This lab is a pioneering example of how digital technology is integrated into medical education.

-A tour of the Isokinetic Labs at the Faculty of Physical Therapy, supervised by Prof. Dr. Ahmed El Aryan (Dean of the Faculty), showcasing world-class rehabilitation technology for sports injuries.

The delegation concluded their visit with a tour of the university’s sports facilities and attended an art exhibition organized by the Student Activities Department. The event beautifully reflected the creativity and talent of Alsalam students, highlighting the university’s vision of blending academic excellence with student-driven innovation.

This visit falls in line with Alsalam University’s ambition to establish itself as a leading educational institution committed to creating global connections, adopting best practices, and providing an inspiring learning environment that prepares students for success on both the national and international levels.

في خطوة تعكس التوجه الدولي لجامعة السلام نحو الانفتاح الأكاديمي وتعزيز الشراكات العالمية،

استقبلت الجامعة وفدًا أكاديميًا من جامعة “برادفورد” بإنجلترا ضمن زيارة رسمية تهدف إلى تبادل الخبرات وتعزيز التعاون العلمي بين الجامعتين.

وجاءت الزيارة تحت رعاية الأستاذ الدكتور/ محمد صقر -رئيس مجلس الأمناء-،

والأستاذ الدكتور/ طارق محمدي -نائب رئيس مجلس الأمناء-،

والأستاذ الدكتور/ عبد الفتاح صدقة -رئيس الجامعة-،

والأستاذ الدكتور/ عماد عتمان -عضو مجلس الأمناء-

بدأت الزيارة بمحاضرة تعريفية قدمها الأستاذ الدكتور/ محمد شهاب -عميد شؤون الطلاب-، ناقش خلالها الرؤية الأكاديمية للجامعة وبرامجها الأكاديمية والأنشطة الطلابية والإمكانيات التعليمية والبحثية، مما أتاح للوفد فرصة التعرف على رؤية الجامعة ورسالتها وأهدافها المستقبلية.

كما استُكملت الزيارة بجولة تفقدية داخل الحرم الجامعي، اطلع خلالها الوفد على المرافق التعليمية المتطورة والبنية التحتية المتميزة للجامعة وجانبًا من التدريب العملي، والتي شملت:

-تدريب عملي في معمل Digital Lab بكلية طب الفم والأسنان تحت إشراف الأستاذة الدكتورة/ حسناء فؤاد -عميدة الكلية-، والأستاذ الدكتور/ هشام برج -وكيل الكلية-، وهو نموذج متقدم في توظيف التكنولوجيا الرقمية في التعليم الطبي،

-زيارة معامل Isokinetic بكلية العلاج الطبيعي تحت إشراف الأستاذ الدكتور/ أحمد العريان -عميد الكلية-، والتي تستخدم أحدث التقنيات العالمية في تأهيل الإصابات الرياضية.

واختتم الوفد زيارته بجولة داخل المنشآت الرياضية وحضور المعرض الفني بتنظيم إدارة الأنشطة الطلابية، والذي أظهر جانبًا مميزًا من مواهب الطلاب وإبداعاتهم، في تجسيد لرؤية الجامعة في دمج التميز الأكاديمي مع الإبداع الطلابي.

تأتي هذه الزيارة في إطار رؤية جامعة السلام لتعزيز مكانتها كمؤسسة تعليمية رائدة، تسعى لفتح آفاق التعاون الدولي ونقل الخبرات العالمية وتهيئة بيئة تعليمية ملهمة لتخريج أجيالًا قادرة على المنافسة والتميُز على الجانبين المحلي والدولي
