During the final examinations of the first semester, the electronic examination process was closely monitored through a follow-up tour attended by Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Sadakah -President of the University-, Prof. Dr. Sherif Abu El-Saadat -Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts-, and Prof. Dr. Essam Darwish -Executive Director of Alsalam Company-. The visit aimed to review implementation mechanisms and ensure the efficiency of the system and the smooth conduct of examinations within the examination halls.

The electronic examination system at Alsalam University is implemented within an integrated framework that upholds the highest standards of transparency and accuracy in assessment, while enabling timely result generation. This is achieved through advanced monitoring and control systems designed to safeguard the integrity of the examination process and ensure equal opportunities for all students.

Such an approach has a direct positive impact on the overall quality of the learning experience, strengthening students’ confidence in the assessment system and contributing to enhanced academic efficiency and improved educational outcomes.

This initiative represents an extension of Alsalam University’s ongoing efforts to support digital transformation in higher education, in alignment with the Egyptian state’s vision for the development of the higher education system, and reflects the University’s role as an academic institution committed to applying best educational practices within a sustainable, future-oriented vision.

في إطار حرص جامعة السلام على تطوير منظومة التقييم الأكاديمي، وتعزيز استخدام التقنيات الحديثة في العملية التعليمية، تواصل الجامعة تطبيق منظومة الامتحانات الإلكترونية بما يتوافق مع معايير الجودة والحوكمة الأكاديمية.

وخلال امتحانات نهاية الفصل الدراسي الأول، تم تفقد سير الامتحانات الإلكترونية من خلال جولة متابعة شارك فيها كل من:

السيد الأستاذ الدكتور/ عبدالفتاح صدقة – رئيس الجامعة،

السيد الأستاذ الدكتور/ شريف أبو السعادات – عميد كلية الفنون التطبيقية،

والسيد الأستاذ الدكتور/ عصام درويش – المدير التنفيذي لشركة السلام،

وذلك للاطلاع على آليات التنفيذ والاطمئنان على كفاءة النظام وسلاسة تطبيقه داخل اللجان.

وتُطبق جامعة السلام منظومة الامتحانات الإلكترونية في إطار متكامل يراعي أعلى معايير الشفافية والدقة في التقييم، إلى جانب سرعة استخراج النتائج، مع الاعتماد على أنظمة رقابية متقدمة تساهم في ضمان نزاهة العملية الامتحانية وتحقيق مبدأ تكافؤ الفرص بين الطلاب.

ويأتي هذا التوجه بما ينعكس إيجابًا على جودة التجربة التعليمية، ويعزز ثقة الطلاب في منظومة التقييم، فضلًا عن رفع كفاءة العملية التعليمية وتحسين مخرجاتها الأكاديمية.
