The course was presented by Professor Dr. Hossam Eid – Director of the Quality Assurance Center at the University – and featured effective attendance from many faculty members and assistant staff.

This was held under the patronage of Professor Dr. AbdelFattah sadakah – University President – and Professor Dr. Mokhtar Mabrouk – Vice President of the University and Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy.

The training included a systematic explanation of the fundamentals of Competency-Based Education, in addition to clarifying the practical steps for preparing course specifications in line with the accredited NARS standards.

The participants in the course affirmed the importance of this event, which is considered one of the essential requirements for the quality of the educational process.

It contributes to raising the standard of education in compliance with the best international benchmarks, reflecting Alsalam University’s commitment to developing academic performance and fostering a culture of quality among all faculty members.

نظمت كلية الصيدلة جامعة السلام دورة تدريبية بعنوان “Competency-Based Education” & “How to fill NARS Course Specs”،حيث قدمها الأستاذ الدكتور/ حسام عيد،-مدير مركز ضمان الجودة بالجامعة-، والتي تميزت بحضور فعال من العديد من أعضاء هيئة التدريس و الهيئة المعاونة.

وذلك تحت رعاية الأستاذ الدكتور/ عبدالفتاح صدقة -رئيس الجامعة-،والأستاذ الدكتور/ مختار مبروك،-نائب رئيس الجامعة وعميد كلية الصيدلة-.

وتناول التدريب شرحًا منهجيًا لأسس التعليم القائم علي الكفاءة، إضافة إلي توضيح الخطوات العملية لإعداد مواصفات المقررات الدراسية بما يترافق مع معايير NARS المعتمدة.

و قد أكد المشاركون في الدورة علي أهمية هذه الفعالية التي تعد من المتطلبات الأساسية لجودة العملية التعليمية، والتي تساهم في رفع مستوى التعليم بما يتوافق مع أفضل المعايير العالمية، مما يعكس حرص جامعة السلام على تطوير الأداء الأكاديمي وتعزيز ثقافة الجودة بين جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس.
