- متابعة تنفيذ بنود المشروع بشكل يومي لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفقًا للتصميمات والمواصفات والأصول الفنية المعتمدة
- المتابعة اليومية لمراحل تنفيذ المشروع لضمان السير على البرنامج الزمنى للمشروع وتعديل وإعتماد أي إنحراف في مسار المشروع
- تنفيذ ومراقبة إجراءات تحقيق وضمان الجودة لضمان تحقيق المواصفات المحددة
- إدارة فريق الإشراف على التنفيذ لضمان التكامل بين التخصصات المختلفة (مدنية – تشطيبات – كهربائية – ميكانيكية)
- حل المشكلات اليومية التي تظهر أثناء مراحل التنفيذ، ومتابعة التعديلات في التصميمات
- إعداد تقارير منتظمة حول تقدم التنفيذ وتوثيق أي تغييرات أو تحديثات في التصميمات أو خطط التنفيذ
- مراجعة وإعتماد أعمال الحصر والمستخلصات لمقاول المشروع
Job Requirements
- بكالوريوس هندسة قسم هندسة مدنية بتقدير عام جيد على الأقل
- خبرة من 10 الى 15 سنة في مجال تنفيذ المشروعات
- الإلمام بإشتراطات الكود المصري والمواصفات القياسية
- دبلومة في إدارة المشروعات
- يفضل من له خبرة في العطاءات والتعاقدات والإلمام بقوانين المناقصات والمزايدات

Library Specialist
Job Description
- Implementing library management strategies, procedures, and approved regulations to meet the needs of students and faculty members.
- Operating automated systems in the library or information center administration and doing what is necessary to ensure their maintenance and development.
- Guiding and directing visitors to meet their research needs through training programs and information awareness programs, in addition to providing various library services, such as internal access and external borrowing, while registering and following up on borrowed books.
- Collaborate with academic departments to understand the library’s needs and ensure the availability of
appropriate resources. - Digital preservation of all forms of information sources, with management and archiving of data in a dual manner that includes paper and electronic media.
- Following up on technological developments in the field of libraries and applying them to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, with the participation of educational circles in developing the rules and foundations for the
development and circulation of collections and ensuring copyrights and printing. - Carrying out a monthly and annual inventory of the library to ensure the integrity of the library’s custody
- Updating the library’s website, developing databases, the virtual library, its services, and information sources, and performing technical operations therein. Processing information sources through the standards for automated indexing MARC-RDA.
- Participation in the technical inspection of library imports.
- Follow up on the application of late fines for students through the accounts department.

Job Description
- Identifying suppliers of goods and services and searching for new suppliers on a regular basis

Building Supervisor
Job Description
- Supervising the temperatures and laboratories for running lectures and sessions (projector, computer, sound equipment, lighting, ventilation).
- Carrying out maintenance work in the building and reporting it to the engineering department, while organizing maintenance times, including those that do not conflict with the academic schedule, through the building’s periodic reports form.
- Preparing electronic lecture reports for Mr. Secretary General of the University.
- Review the condition of the study halls and reception committees (faculty accreditation and evaluation committees).
- Supervising the offices of key faculty members and following up on their requirements, which helps organize the progress of educational operations.
- Participation in an inventory, inspection, and receipt committee for laboratories, offices, and all places where there is custody.
- Supervising the delivery of student lockers to students and coordinating student affairs.
- Participate in organizing examination committees and providing all requirements for control work.
- Visiting the building on a continuous basis to ensure that work is progressing inside the building and that there are no obstacles. If there are any, it will be reported to the competent authority and a daily report will be prepared and delivered to the department director.
