Job Requirements: 

  • A higher education degree, preferably in Law or a field related to Human Resources.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Distributing periodic performance evaluation forms to all department managers on the scheduled dates in accordance with the procedure.
  • Preparing secondment and assignment letters, reviewing them, and submitting them to the department head for approval.
  • Preparing and updating employment documentation for all employees, maintaining and archiving files both physically in records and electronically via the approved system, renewing annual contracts for current employees, and preparing social insurance files to ensure complete data and legal compliance.
  • Preparing and following up on the official correspondence cycle (incoming and outgoing) with external entities (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Labor Offices) and internal departments, obtaining approval from the department head, and archiving the correspondence.
  • Responding to employee inquiries (blue-collar) and resolving routine administrative issues.
  • Preparing the monthly non-financial statement of employment movements (hires, resignations, monthly changes) to be submitted to the department head.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations
  • Proficient in drafting official letters and administrative correspondence in a formal style.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Expertise in organizing employee files, archiving, and conducting periodic reviews.
  • High accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Good communication skills with colleagues and different departments.

Years of Experience:

  • From 1 to 3 years.
