Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, or any related field & Training courses in Interviewing Skills are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Distributing and collecting manpower request forms and compiling them into the annual workforce plan.
  • Preparing job advertisements in line with the annual workforce plan and approved manpower requests, then publishing them after approval.
  • Screening CVs (blue-collar) and applications (internal and external candidates), and coordinating and scheduling interviews.
  • Receiving and archiving job applications from candidates, reviewing them, and verifying academic qualifications to ensure the candidate meets the minimum job requirements.

Skills:

  • High proficiency in using search engines and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Wuzzuf).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs to organize candidate databases.
  • Basic understanding of job descriptions to ensure accurate screening.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.

Years of Experience:

  • From 1 to 3 years of practical experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.
