Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, or any related field & Training courses in Interviewing Skills are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Distributing and collecting manpower request forms and compiling them into the annual workforce plan.
- Preparing job advertisements in line with the annual workforce plan and approved manpower requests, then publishing them after approval.
- Screening CVs (blue-collar) and applications (internal and external candidates), and coordinating and scheduling interviews.
- Receiving and archiving job applications from candidates, reviewing them, and verifying academic qualifications to ensure the candidate meets the minimum job requirements.
Skills:
- High proficiency in using search engines and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Wuzzuf).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs to organize candidate databases.
- Basic understanding of job descriptions to ensure accurate screening.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Arabic and English.
Years of Experience:
- From 1 to 3 years of practical experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.
