(12th Volatile Oil Gallery) طلاب كلية الصيدلة يحصدون المركز الثاني في معرض الزيوت الطيارة

As part of Alsalam University’s Faculty of Pharmacy’s commitment to effective scientific engagement and the development of research and practical application skills,

the Faculty participated in the 12th Volatile Oil Gallery organized by the team of volatile oil gallery under the supervision of prof. Omayma Eldahshan, Pharmacognosy department, Faculty of Pharmacy at Ain Shams University under the theme “Medicated Perfumes,” within the Photochemistry course11-11-2025.

and under the supervision of Dr. Eman Gamal Manna and Dr. Sherif Reda, faculty members in the Pharmacognosy Department.

Students from the Faculty delivered an active and distinguished participation that resulted in winning second place through two projects based on innovative therapeutic applications of volatile oils.

The first project focused on developing supportive formulations for women during menopause to alleviate symptoms and enhance quality of life,

while the second project presented therapeutic solutions using an aromatic product designed to reduce the effects of digital burnout and promote relaxation and concentration.

The students also achieved top rankings across various competition categories, winning:

-First place in Best Herbarium

-Second place in Formulations

-Second place in Awareness Flyer

The judging committee praised the scientific level and creativity demonstrated in the projects.

Through their participation, students gained hands-on experience that included extracting oils from medicinal plants, preparing pharmaceutical formulations, analyzing their components using GC/MS technology, and presenting their findings scientifically within the exhibition.

في إطار دعم كلية الصيدلة جامعة السلام للمشاركة العلمية الفعّالة وتنمية مهارات البحث والتطبيق،

شاركت كلية الصيدلة جامعة السلام في المعرض الثاني عشر للزيوت الطيّارة (12th Volatile Oil Gallery)، الذي نظمه فريق معرض الزيوت العطرية برئاسة ا.د. أميمة الدهشان مؤسس المعرض.قسم العقاقير كلية الصيدلة جامعة عين شمس تحت عنوان:“Medicated Perfumes”، وذلك ضمن مقرر Photochemistry١١-١١-٢٠٢٥.

و تحت إشراف كل من د/ إيمان جمال مناع، و د/ شريف رضا، من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في قسم العقاقير.

وقد قدّم طلاب الكلية مشاركة فعّالة أثمرت عن فوزهم بالمركز الثاني من خلال مشروعين اعتمدا على تطبيقات علاجية مبتكرة للزيوت الطيّارة؛

حيث ركّز المشروع الأول على ابتكار تركيبات داعمة للنساء في مرحلة Menopause بهدف تخفيف الأعراض وتحسين جودة الحياة،

بينما تناول المشروع الثاني حلولًا علاجية باستخدام منتج عطري للحد من آثار Digital Burnout وتعزيز الاسترخاء والتركيز.

كما حقق الطلاب مراكز متقدمة في فئات المسابقة المختلفة بحصولهم على:

-المركز الأول في أفضل (Herbarium)

-المركز الثاني في فئة أفضل تركيبات (Formulations)

-المركز الثاني في فئة النشرة التوعوية (Awareness Flyer)،

وقد أشادت لجنة التحكيم بالمستوى العلمي والإبداعي للمشروعات.

واكتسب الطلاب من خلال مشاركتهم خبرات عملية شملت استخلاص الزيوت من النباتات الطبية، وتحضير المستحضرات الصيدلانية، وتحليل مكوناتها باستخدام تقنية GC/MS، وصولًا إلى عرض النتائج بصورة علمية داخل المعرض.
