فـفِرَق التمريض في المؤسسات الطبية تُعد أحد أعمدتها الأساسية، لما لها من دورٍ محوري في تنفيذ الخطة العلاجية ومتابعة رحلة المريض منذ لحظة دخوله المستشفى وحتى استكمال رعايته، لضمان سلامته وجودة الخدمة الصحية المقدمة له.

منذ السنة الأولى، تبدأ رحلة الطالب نحو التميز، عبر برنامجٍ دراسيٍ متكامل يضعه في بيئة تعليمية تفاعلية تُحفّز التفكير النقدي والملاحظة الدقيقة، وتؤهله لفهمٍ شاملٍ لوظائف الجسم، وأُسُس التقييم السريري، ومهارات التواصل الإنساني الفعّال.

كل خطوة في رحلته التعليمية مصممة لتمنحه القدرة على الربط بين الجانب العلمي والتطبيقي، ليصبح قادرًا على أداء دوره بثقة وكفاءة داخل منظومة الرعاية الصحية.
