The course will be delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayman El-Makaky, Head of the Department of Surgical Physical Therapy at Benha University, bringing extensive academic and practical expertise to the program.

The training aims to strengthen participants’ understanding of the fundamental principles and theories of management, develop and refine administrative skills, enhance the efficiency of sound institutional decision-making, and elevate both academic and administrative performance. In addition, it provides a valuable platform for the exchange of scientific and practical experience among participants.

في إطار حرص جامعة السلام بمصر على دعم التطوير المهني وتنمية المهارات القيادية والإدارية، تُنظم الجامعة دورة تدريبية بعنوان:

“فن الإدارة واتخاذ القرار”

وذلك يوم الأربعاء الموافق 14 يناير في تمام الساعة 10:30 صباحًا، بكلية العلاج الطبيعي.

ويحاضرها أ.م.د/ أيمن المكاكي -رئيس قسم العلاج الطبيعي للجراحة بجامعة بنها-.

وتهدف الدورة إلى تعزيز الفهم العلمي لأساسيات ونظريات علم الإدارة، وتنمية وتطوير المهارات الإدارية، ورفع كفاءة اتخاذ القرار المؤسسي السليم، والارتقاء بالأداء الأكاديمي والإداري، إلى جانب إتاحة الفرصة لتبادل الخبرات العلمية والعملية بين السادة المشاركين.

وتأتي هذه الدورة في إطار رؤية الجامعة لبناء كوادر أكاديمية وإدارية قادرة على القيادة، ومواكبة متطلبات التطوير المؤسسي المستدام.
