فعاليات ندوة التعليم المبني على الكفايات بكلية التمريض
As part of Alsalam University’s ongoing commitment to advancing the educational system and enhancing the quality of academic outcomes, the Faculty of Nursing organized a scientific seminar entitled “Competency-Based Education.” The seminar highlighted one of the most prominent contemporary approaches in higher education, focusing on the effective integration of academic knowledge with practical and professional competencies to meet evolving educational and workforce demands.
The seminar was held under the patronage and in the presence of Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Sadakah, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Mohga ElRefaey, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, reflecting the University’s continued support for innovative educational practices and academic excellence.
The seminar was attended by Prof. Dr. Mokhtar Mabrouk, vice president of the University and Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy-, and Prof. Dr. Mostafa El-Mahlawy, Dean of the Basic Sciences Department-, along with faculty members, assistant staff, and students of the Faculty. This strong presence reflected the University’s continued support for academic development initiatives and capacity-building efforts.
The lecture was delivered by Prof. Dr. Hossam Eid, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the University, who highlighted the concept of competency-based education and its vital role in preparing qualified nursing professionals capable of meeting labor market demands in accordance with quality assurance and accreditation standards.
This seminar comes within Alsalam University’s broader efforts to promote a culture of quality and to support the transition toward a more efficient and outcome-oriented higher education system, contributing to the graduation of professionals who combine knowledge, practical competence, and professional responsibility.
في إطار حرص جامعة السلام على تطوير المنظومة التعليمية وتعزيز جودة مخرجاتها الأكاديمية، نظّمت كلية التمريض ندوة علمية بعنوان «التعليم المبني على الكفايات»، باعتباره أحد أهم الاتجاهات الحديثة في التعليم الجامعي وربط المعرفة الأكاديمية بالمهارات العملية، وقد جاء تنظيم هذه الندوة تحت رعاية كل من:
-السيد الأستاذ الدكتور/ عبد الفتاح صدقة – رئيس الجامعة –،
-والسيدة الأستاذة الدكتورة/ مهجة الرفاعي –عميدة كلية التمريض–.
شهدت الندوة حضور الأستاذ الدكتور مختار مبروك -نائب رئيس الجامعة وعميد كلية الصيدلة-، والأستاذ الدكتور مصطفى المحلاوي -عميد قسم العلوم الأساسية-، إلى جانب أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وأعضاء الهيئة المعاونة، وطلبة الكلية، في تأكيد واضح على دعم الجامعة المستمر لمسارات التطوير الأكاديمي وبناء القدرات.
وقام بإلقاء المحاضرة الأستاذ الدكتور/ حسام عيد -مدير وحدة ضمان الجودة بالجامعة-، حيث تناول مفهوم التعليم المبني على الكفايات ودوره في إعداد كوادر تمريضية مؤهلة وقادرة على تلبية متطلبات سوق العمل وفق معايير الجودة والاعتماد.
وتأتي هذه الندوة ضمن جهود جامعة السلام لتعزيز ثقافة الجودة، ودعم التحول نحو تعليم جامعي أكثر كفاءة، يساهم في إعداد خريجين يمتلكون المعرفة والمهارة والمسؤولية المهنية.
