يذكر أن جامعة طوكيو هي المؤسسة اليابانية الأولى في تصنيفات الجامعات العالمية الصادرة عن مجلة تايمز للتعليم العالي للجامعات العالمية لعام 2024، وتحتل المرتبة 29 على مستوى الجامعات بينما تأتي جامعة توهوكو ضمن أعلى 200 جامعة على مستوى العالم وتأتي في المرتبة 130.

وتتيح هذه الشراكات للطلاب فرصًا فريدة للاستفادة من التجارب التعليمية والثقافية المتنوعة. ولذلك تسعى جامعة السلام إلى تمكين طلابها بأحدث المعارف والمهارات اللازمة لمواكبة التحديات المستقبلية وتحقيق النجاح الأكاديمي والمهني.

وفي دعوة خاصة من شركة NSK لأدوات طب الفم والأسنان باليابان، قام وفد جامعة السلام بزيارة مصنع NSK والاطلاع على أحدث التقنيات والابتكارات في هذا المجال. وخلال الزيارة، تم الاتفاق على توفير أحدث المعدات والأدوات في مجال طب الفم والأسنان لطلاب جامعة السلام،

وذلك بهدف تحسين جودة التعليم والتدريب العملي. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تم مناقشة إمكانيات التعاون المستقبلية بين الجانبين في مجالات البحث العلمي والتطوير التكنولوجي. كما تم تنظيم ورش عمل وجولات ميدانية لتعريف الوفد على العمليات التصنيعية والمعايير العالية التي تتبعها الشركة.

وتسعى جامعة السلام من خلال هذه الاتفاقية إلى تمكين طلابها من الوصول إلى أفضل الأدوات التعليمية، مما يسهم في إعداد جيل متميز من أطباء الأسنان.

In line with Al-Salam University’s commitment to the importance of exchanging expertise and academic knowledge with international educational institutions, which contributes to the development of academic programs and the improvement of education quality, a delegation from Al-Salam University, led by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Sakr, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Prof. Dr. Abdelfattah Sadakah, President of the University, paid an official visit to Japan to discuss a cooperation protocol with the Universities of Tokyo and Tohoku in the field of student exchange and scientific research.

This visit is part of Al-Salam University’s ongoing efforts to offer a distinguished educational level to its students. The university continually strives to enhance this goal by establishing cooperation agreements with prestigious international universities.

Notably, the University of Tokyo is the top-ranked Japanese institution in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings for 2024, holding the 29th position globally. Meanwhile, Tohoku University ranks among the top 200 universities worldwide, placing 130th.

These partnerships give students unique opportunities to benefit from diverse educational and cultural experiences. Therefore, Al-Salam University aims to equip its students with the latest knowledge and skills to meet future challenges and achieve academic and professional success.

During the delegation’s visit to Tohoku University, the participation of students from the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine at Al-Salam University in the CA+inD student exchange program with Tohoku University was discussed. This program lasts two weeks and is held twice yearly, in the summer (July or August) and winter (February). Additionally, upon a special invitation from NSK, a leading company in oral and dental medical tools in Japan, the Al-Salam University delegation visited the NSK factory to explore the latest technologies and innovations. During the visit, an agreement was reached to provide Al-Salam University students with the latest equipment and tools in oral and dental medicine to enhance the quality of education and practical training. Moreover, future cooperation possibilities were discussed between the two sides in scientific research and technological development. Workshops and field tours were organized to acquaint the delegation with the company’s manufacturing processes and high standards.

Through this agreement, Al-Salam University seeks to enable its students to access the best educational tools, contributing to preparing a distinguished generation of dentists.
