What Are We Expecting?

– Identify opportunities for savings, cost avoidance, process improvement, and complexity reduction.

– Manage the procurement team.

– Explore the market for new suppliers to build a more solid supply base and analyze the commodities procured based on market information and benchmarking exercises.

– Develop, lead, and execute procurement strategies.

– Negotiate the terms of supplier contracts and determine the service level agreements with suppliers.

– Manage the price review process to ensure the company gets the best price and value.

– Manage relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders within the business, including resolving major supplier issues.

– Oversee the procurement activity within the company for direct and indirect purchases.

– Prepare the annual purchase plan.Handle full vendor management, including payment terms and contractual agreements.

Who Are We Looking For?

– Bachelor’s degree related to the position requirements.

– A diploma or certificate in procurement is a plus.

– Excellent negotiation skills.

– At least 3 years of experience as a Procurement Supervisor.

– Knowledge of the educational sector, preferably in universities.

– A cost-saving mindset.Good English skills.

– Excellent computer and software application skills.

– A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.

– Tanta residents or those nearby are preferred.
