• Mining opportunities for savings, cost avoidance, process improvement & complexity reduction.
• Manage the procurement team.
• Explore the market for new suppliers to build a more solid supply base and to work on analyzing the commodity procured based on market information benchmarking exercises.
• Develop, lead, and execute procurement strategies.
• Negotiate the terms of supplier contracts and determine the service level agreements with the suppliers.
• Manage the price review process to make sure that the company is getting the best price & value.
• Manage the relationship with suppliers and key stakeholders within the business, including the resolution of major supplier issues.
• Manage the procurement activity with the company for Direct and Indirect purchases.
• Prepare the Annual purchase plan.
• Full vendor management includes the payment terms and contractual agreement.

Needed Competency

• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the educational sector is preferable in universities.
• Cost-saving mindset.
• Good English skills.
• Excellent computer and software application skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.
