Job Requirements:<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.<\/li>\n
  • Comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance Law .<\/li>\n
  • Proven track record in managing personnel affairs, employee filing compliance, contract lifecycles, and government relations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Core <\/strong> Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Supervise daily personnel operations, ensuring strict compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and university internal policies.<\/li>\n
    • Manage and audit employee physical and electronic records, ensuring all statutory hiring documents are fully completed and maintained in an audit-ready state.<\/li>\n
    • Draft, review, issue, and manage the full lifecycle of employment contracts, renewals, amendments, and probation evaluations.<\/li>\n
    • Directly handle interactions with governmental entities, including the Labor Office, Social Insurance Authority, and related administrative bodies.<\/li>\n
    • Supervise statutory insurance workflows, including timely submission of Form 1 (hiring), Form 2 (annual wage report), and Form 6 (termination).<\/li>\n
    • Draft and authenticate official HR correspondence, such as employment certificates, experience certificates, bank transfer letters, and government letters.<\/li>\n
    • Monitor and document employee lifecycle transitions, including onboarding, inter-departmental transfers, promotions, disciplinary measures, and terminations.<\/li>\n
    • Maintain absolute confidentiality and physical\/digital security of all personnel archives and personal data.<\/li>\n
    • Generate periodic operational reports covering headcount movements, turnover rates, leave balances, and labor compliance KPIs.<\/li>\n
    • Continuously review personnel administration workflows and recommend process optimizations to enhance efficiency and reduce compliance risks.<\/li>\n
    • Manage workload distribution within the personnel team, provide continuous mentorship, and evaluate subordinate performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n

      • Expert knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance mandates, and governmental labor office protocols.<\/li>\n
      • Advanced capabilities in managing personnel documentation, employment contracts, and statutory audits.<\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), personnel databases, and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word).<\/li>\n
      • Strong organizational and workflow management skills with meticulous attention to detail.<\/li>\n
      • Demonstrated leadership, team supervision, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities.<\/li>\n
      • High professional integrity with an unwavering commitment to data privacy and confidentiality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
