{"id":21176,"date":"2024-11-30T13:35:17","date_gmt":"2024-11-30T11:35:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sue.edu.eg\/careers\/warehouse-specialist-copy\/"},"modified":"2024-12-01T11:27:32","modified_gmt":"2024-12-01T09:27:32","slug":"warehouse-manager","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/sue.edu.eg\/ar\/careers\/warehouse-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Warehouse Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"css-ghicub\">\n<h2 class=\"css-fwj1k5\">Job Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span>BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span> <\/span><span>Previous university experience is preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"css-ghicub\">\n<h2 class=\"css-fwj1k5\">Job Description<\/h2>\n<div class=\"css-1t5f0fr\">\n<ul>\n<li>Managing warehouses in accordance with the university\u2019s policies and vision.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising receiving and storage operations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring effective use of storage space.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing approved operational policies and procedures electronically and in paper format.<\/li>\n<li>Complying with all regulatory requirements regarding storage, handling, and shipping.<\/li>\n<li>Adhering to occupational health and safety standards and ensuring a safe working environment.<\/li>\n<li>Managing inventory control and ensuring compliance with the data storage system.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing the annual budget for the management.<\/li>\n<li>Planning work schedules, appropriately assigning tasks, and evaluating results.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and motivation of employees.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly preparing reports and statistics (incoming\/outgoing status report, obsolete items report, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Receiving feedback and monitoring the quality of services provided.<\/li>\n<li>Solving work-related issues within the management.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising all operations completed within the main and branch warehouses.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for periodic and surprise inventory checks covering both main and branch warehouses.<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out any other tasks and assignments delegated by senior management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"css-fwj1k5\">Needed Competency<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases (ERP )<\/li>\n<li>Leadership skills and ability to manage staff<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"css-rcl8e5\">\n<h2 class=\"css-fwj1k5\"><span class=\"css-wn0avc\">Experience Needed:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"css-47jx3m\"><span class=\"css-4xky9y\">10 To 15 Years<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Requirements BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration Previous university experience is preferred.
