{"id":18624,"date":"2024-07-15T10:27:20","date_gmt":"2024-07-15T08:27:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sue.edu.eg\/careers\/personal-assistant-copy\/"},"modified":"2024-07-18T10:37:40","modified_gmt":"2024-07-18T08:37:40","slug":"procurement-supervisor","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/sue.edu.eg\/ar\/careers\/procurement-supervisor\/","title":{"rendered":"Procurement Supervisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"css-ghicub\">\n<h2 class=\"css-fwj1k5\">Job Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree relative to the position requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>A Diploma or certificate in procurement is a plus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Knowledge of the educational sector is preferable in universities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>At least 3 years of experience as a procurement supervisor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.<\/li>\n<li><span>Tanta resident or around is preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"css-ghicub\">\n<h2 class=\"css-fwj1k5\">Job Description<\/h2>\n<div class=\"css-1t5f0fr\">\n<ul>\n<li>Mining opportunities for savings, cost avoidance, process improvement &amp; complexity reduction.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the procurement team.<\/li>\n<li>Explore the market for new suppliers to build a more solid supply base and to work on analyzing the commodity procured based on market information benchmarking exercises.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, lead, and execute procurement strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate the terms of supplier contracts and determine the service level agreements with the suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the price review process to make sure that the company is getting the best price &amp; value.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the relationship with suppliers and key stakeholders within the business, including the resolution of major supplier issues.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the procurement activity with the company for Direct and Indirect purchases.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the Annual purchase plan.<\/li>\n<li>Full vendor management includes the payment terms and contractual agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"css-fwj1k5\">Needed Competency<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the educational sector is preferable in universities.<\/li>\n<li>Cost-saving mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Good English skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computer and software application skills.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>Tanta resident or around is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"css-rcl8e5\">\n<h2 class=\"css-fwj1k5\"><span class=\"css-wn0avc\">Experience Needed:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"css-47jx3m\"><span class=\"css-4xky9y\">Min 5 Years<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Requirements Bachelor&#8217;s Degree relative to the position requirements A Diploma or certificate in procurement is a plus.
