{"id":13376,"date":"2023-01-05T09:31:37","date_gmt":"2023-01-05T09:31:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/seomenta.com\/sue\/careers\/it-support\/"},"modified":"2023-01-05T09:31:37","modified_gmt":"2023-01-05T09:31:37","slug":"it-support","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/sue.edu.eg\/ar\/careers\/it-support\/","title":{"rendered":"IT Support"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Purpose:-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Roles at this level are involved in daily tasks under supervision providing day to day assistance and service to users at the campus and dorms.\u00a0 Providing a higher level of support for users by diagnosing the problem and guiding users with solutions, develop an appreciation of IT methodologies also, they are involved in the installation and maintenance of operating systems and responsible for ensuring front-end security and compliance with approved procedures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job\u00a0<\/strong><b>Responsibilities: \u2013<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Install and configure computer software and hardware.<\/li>\n<li>Receive escalation from Help desk team<\/li>\n<li>Maintain all computers in terms of software, hardware, and network usage to ensure that they are working properly.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a higher level of support to users in terms of software, hardware, and email service.<\/li>\n<li>Configure and upgrade all computers for users upon request.<\/li>\n<li>Diagnose and troubleshoot printer problems and provide support for users.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot applications.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain IT support system (requests, IT Tasks procedure, IT Asset system, IT Inventory System) and answer all requests raised by users.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a higher level of assistance and guidance to the Service Desk team<\/li>\n<li>Diagnose network problems and communicate with the Network team to resolve them.<\/li>\n<li>Install and configure computer software and hardware.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job\u00a0Requirements: \u2013<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Educational Qualifications: \u2013<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience: \u2013<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ Years, preferable in Help desk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Technical Skills: \u2013<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional English &amp; Arabic reading, writing &amp; speaking skills<\/li>\n<li>Advanced in Microsoft (MS Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook)<\/li>\n<li>Experience for Internet browsing context<\/li>\n<li>Hardware troubleshooting software installation and troubleshooting, OS installation, drivers, and windows updates<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Purpose:- Roles at this level are involved in daily tasks under supervision providing day to day assistance and service to users at the campus and dorms.\u00a0 Providing a higher level of support for users by diagnosing the problem and guiding users with solutions, develop an appreciation of IT methodologies also, they are involved in [&hellip;]<\/p>","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":13377,"menu_order":0,"template":"","jobpost_category":[54],"jobpost_job_type":[],"jobpost_location":[55],"class_list":["post-13376","jobpost","type-jobpost","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","jobpost_category-full-time","jobpost_location-al-salam-university"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v21.5 (Yoast SEO v21.5) -
